Zachary Castle is an accomplished finance executive and advisor with nearly 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and private equity. As the former CFO of a leading PE-backed business, he guided the company through significant expansion, delivering both top-line growth and operational efficiency. With over nine years of hands-on operating experience in the private equity space and additional expertise on the investment management side, Zachary brings a 360-degree perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing portfolio companies.
He has successfully led ERP implementations, streamlined financial operations, and provided strategic fractional CFO support that consistently enhances enterprise value. Zachary holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Finance from Ohio University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. His blend of operational leadership, strategic insight, and deep financial expertise makes him a trusted partner for private equity sponsors seeking to accelerate growth and maximize returns.

Manuel Quiles
Associate
Manuel Quiles brings experience in sell-side M&A advisory and project accounting in the pharmaceutical space. In his M&A work, he has supported lower middle market transactions through comprehensive business valuations, rigorous financial analyses, and the preparation of high-quality client materials. His project accounting background includes detailed cost analysis, precise budgeting, and close collaboration with project management teams to ensure accurate financial oversight and successful project delivery.
Manuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Franklin & Marshall College, providing a strong foundation in financial principles and analytical methodologies that inform his work. His combination of transaction experience, analytical skill, and operational support makes him a valuable partner to organizations seeking to execute strategic initiatives with accuracy and efficiency.

Rie Kikushima
Business Manager
Rie Kikushima supports Trackline Partners’ business operations across administration, billing, and vendor management. In her role as Business Manager, she oversees insurance administration, payroll processing, customer billing, vendor coordination, and contract facilitation. She also provides marketing and branding support and works closely with firm leadership to lead day-to-day business needs.
Prior to joining Trackline Partners, Rie spent nearly a decade in the medical device industry as a regulatory affairs specialist. She collaborated with teams across Asia, Europe, and the United States, leading global product launches and contributing to regulatory strategies for both new products and acquired businesses.
Rie brings a structured, detail-oriented approach and a global perspective shaped by her experience in highly regulated, international environments. She holds a Master of Biological Sciences from the Nara Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Life Sciences from the Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences.

Associate
Franco Lopez brings a background in business development and consulting, with experience supporting growth initiatives, client-facing work, and strategic projects. His consulting experience includes supporting client engagements through research, analysis, and the preparation of high-quality materials, while collaborating closely with internal teams to help drive informed decision-making and execution.
At Trackline Partners, Franco’s role centers on business development and financial operations support, combining strategic outreach, research, and coordination with oversight of key financial processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Franco holds a major in Sociology with a minor in Marketing from Temple University. His combination of consulting exposure, business development experience, and operational expertise enables him to contribute both strategically and operationally within his role.

Jason Adams brings over eight years of diverse professional experience across specialized sectors including telecommunications, agriculture, and real estate. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati and has built his career within small to medium-sized companies navigating rapid growth and fast-paced environments. His expertise bridges data, finance, and technology, allowing him to deliver comprehensive solutions across multiple business functions.His technical skill set encompasses both data engineering and analytics, including database architecture and dashboard development that transforms complex information into actionable insights. On the finance side, Jason specializes in building sophisticated financial models that balance complexity with accessibility, ensuring stakeholders at all levels can leverage these tools effectively. This combination of analytical rigor and practical design has made him a valuable asset in driving data-informed decision-making and financial planning.
